Brown Status and Email

NEVER MIND: I finally read their website. It says there clearly


Brown emailed me to ask me to full out a secondary. It also says it will mail you a viewbook and a letter in a few weeks (that was about 3 weeks ago). They never emailed me a user name and password to log on to their website to check my status. Any similar situations and resolutions?

I did the secondary before I had the snail mail letter.

I didn't get the letter for about 4 weeks and there was no viewbook in it. Just the sign in for status.

they sent me aa status login but it doesn't work...

You have to activate the username and pasword. The letter should tell you how.
