BRS Biochem and Mol Bio Flash Cards?

Anyone have experience with the BRS Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Flash Cards? How are they for Step 1 prep?

I thought they were really useful if you had already reviewed biochem/molec bio once. I used them in the few days before step I as a quick re-review. This was a weak subject for me during school, but I did well on it on step 1. If it was a strong subject, you could probably get by with just the flash cards. Good luck!

Anymore input? I've really liked using the BRS Path/Micro/Pharm Flashcards. I like the path flash cards b/c they seem to be easier to just sit down with and really review and not have to struggle to remember details like with Micro and Pharm. I'm trying to decide if these cards might be useful to use sparingly during down time througout the semester leading up to taking Step I this summer.
