BRS Physiology - 3rd vs 4th ed?

Does anyone know if there is a significant difference between the 3rd and 4th editions of Costanzo's BRS Phys books? I've been studying the 3rd edition all semester (and it's a really great book, by the way) but I just realized there was a 4th edition.
