is BSS a question book series like Pre-test , or an aggregation of questions like the NBME that i could find on a CD or sold on-line ?? any idea how to get hold of them ?

i've heard that between Q-Bank , NBME & BSS , you can ace the actual exam!

thanks & good luck to all 🙂

I've learned that we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.

I've learned that the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.

I've learned that I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what I do about it.

I would classify BSS as more like a collection like NBME. However they are classified into systems for step 1.
Personally, I thought they were harder than the real thing. If you do well on the BSS, then I would think you would be in great shape.
I thought Kaplan was easier than the real thing BTW.

I used to books but there is a cd version out there some where. I got most of my review books at half.com or ebay. BSS is a great way to go for the serious studier. Only attempt after solid review underway I think. No point in learning the details until you have the basics down.
Good Luck.

thanx for your feedback . this may seem like asking too much , but is there anywhere i can download them from ? doesn't hurt to ask !!! 😳

I'LL NEVER COMPLAIN AGAIN

Back in the mid-1970s, a man was driving through Arizona and stopped at a gas station in the middle of a torrential downpour. This was in the days of "full-service" gas stations. He sat inside his dry car while a man, who whistled cheerfully while he worked, filled up his tank in that awful rain.

As the customer was leaving, he said apologetically, "I'm sorry to get you out in this weather."

The attendant replied, "It doesn't bother me a bit. When I was fighting in Vietnam I made up my mind in a foxhole one day that if I ever got out of this place alive, I would be so grateful I'd never complain about anything again. And I haven't."

Taking responsibility for our attitudes is part of building a whole and happy life.

Not that I know of. Would have been nice. Sometimes you can find the CD on ebay for pretty cheap. I already had the books so I didn't do that, but check there every-once-in-a-while. Sometimes you can get a great deal.
