For those that had to explain any gaps in sequence of education, including time between graduation and application to med school, how did you go about doing it? Did you explain it in letter format addressed to adcoms, or did you write an explanation in essay format. Thanks.

i just did it in essay format.......broke down what i had been doing since graduation and what i was planning to do for this upcoming academic year.
about a page long.......nothing too fancy.

I just wrote it in letter format. I dont think it really matters. Best of luck. Let me know when you hear anything else. I'm still waiting on my MCATs and Evaluation from a Pre-med Review Committee to be sent.
