Bugs not covered in FA or Sketchy, but on Step 1

Hello everyone,

What's everyone's consensus on approaching bugs that are not covered in Sketchy or FA?
Have anyone who took Step 1 recently encountered a bug you never heard of?
What would be a comprehensive source to cross-reference and learn a little bit about the ones not covered in FA or Sketchy?

If you currently know 70-80% of the facts on the bugs in FA, in my opinion your time would be better spent trying to learn 90-95% of those facts than spending your extra time learning bugs which can certainly pop up on Step 1 but are considerably lower yield. If you still have extra time, try to learn some extra pathology or pharmacology, which are more likely to pop up on your Step 1 than bugs which aren't even in FA (I scored 250s on Step 1 and 260s on Step 2 so I'm not one of those people who takes nitty gritty details lightly either)
