So, I've been studying for the MCAT for over a month now. I've kind of run into a burnout. Would it be okay to take two days off and work on other homework and not completely think about the MCAT? I'd still be doing verbal but not reviewing for those two days. I think I'd be more motivated and won't rush through the material as much if I took a few days off, did my other homework and spent some time with friends and family. What has been y'all's experience on taking a few days off? Does it help/hurt ultimately?

Yes, definitely take breaks from working on MCAT to do other work, hang with friends, chill and do nothing. Just make sure you have a good study schedule that will prepare you in time for the actual test. I took a few days off per week (until like the week before my test) and it helped me stay sane and motivated. Good luck!
