Buying books for pocket PC

Hi all,
I'll be starting my residency in IM this july and was planning to buy some books for my ipaq. Kindly advise me as to which site is better for this-skyscpe.com or handheldmed.com. some of the books for pocket pc are available on both websites but the software size is much larger at skyscape compared to handheldmed.com .
Also please comment on what books would be worth buying?
