C+ in Physics I and A in Physics II

This was my only C. I know physics is a pre-req; will I be automatically screened from top schools? Or even mid-tier schools... Not all schools have info on their sites about minimum pre-req grades

Focus on obtaining a top MCAT score before worrying about "top schools".

Minimum grades are usualy a C- or a C, so a C+ is fine. Don't retake - focus on your other classes and killing the MCAT.
