If you are applying this year you need to submit your application in the next week and submit all your secondaries by late September.
Your lack of non clinical volunteering hours (only 30) will limit your chances for interviews. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Washington University (in St. Louis-almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)

Sorry, I caused a miscommunication. I meant at the end of this school year (i.e. I will be submitting my application June of 2025). Thank you for the list! I really appreciate it. Do you think I could get away with applying to just 25 schools or would that be unnecessarily risky?

25 is fine as a number as long as you have a strong mission alignment. Don't fall for the shotgun approach and waste money and time. Assume every application comes with a secondary or a school-specific portal to set up, which would take you at least a day to complete.
