Harbor-better reputation, better teaching faculty, better patient diversity, has its own fellowship programs, but has financial trouble.

The whole Ca. county programs (USC, UCLA-Harbor, UCLA-Olive etc) are in trouble. Hospitals are facing either severe budge cut or closing.
