California 10% Medi-Cal Rate cuts and your pay

I don't know how many of you are members of CPHA but I am a member of CPHA and a board member for my NCPA chapter. I think that these rate cuts are just a beginning---if this 10% cut hold up insurance companies will soon follow the model. To the pharmacy veterans in CA, how damaging do you think this is to our profession and how much do you think we will lose in terms of benefits and pay as a result?
