There are times when sheer numbers cannot describe the speed of a thing, and we must resort to almost poetic imagery. For instance, ludicrous speed. Then there are times when mathematics gives us the exact answer, even if it's not, strictly speaking, a number.

The California BOP's speed is infinitesimal.

GF is an out-of-stater that got hers a few weeks ago. I believe having a CA intern license with the 1500 hours recorded prior to the large influx of apps in the beginning/middle of May was the key to a speedy process.

All you can do is wait, my friend. No need to stress it
