There's a new video game coming out for the new Nintendo handheld. It's called Trauma Center: Under the Knife. I have no idea if it will be realistic, or not, but it might be fun. It's not out in the US yet. Here's a link to some info:

i saw this on TechTV, it looks kinda weird if you ask me. you use a stylus to "operate" and its not very technically challenging in my opinion. its just drag + drop sorta stuff as far as i saw when they demo-ed it.

I'm liking Doom 3 for the XBOX a lot right now... i have an xbox and a monitor set up in my office...for 'eye hand coordination' purposes only, of course...
