Don't worry about THAT
Status
I'm still in undergrad and I belong to a certain group at my school. This group is attending a conference at what will be my top choice med school when I begin applying. When we go, should I talk with anyone? Can/should I arrange for a tour. I really would like to take a look around and maybe talk to a student or an adcom officer. I won't be applying for about 2 years though. Let me know. Thanks.

Hi,

SOme schools do not offer tours to individuals. Some have self tours and some will take you around if you set it up in advance. I would suggest you call the school and tell them you will be there and ask them if you could have someone show you around. It's worth a try.
