Can anyone find the rates of myocarditis in kids age 5-11?

I’m trying to find rates of myocarditis in young kids. I know the initial study didn’t have any but was underpowered. Highest rates seem to be in 16-17 yo boys at like 10 per 100,000.

Anyone have any other data?
