Has anyone been able to get thru to AMCAS's help line (not the accountant lady) the last two days? I'm thinking of calling tomorrow morning. Also, is there that queue zero problem still?
I stupidly was on the "queue 0" list for over an hour today. Nothing happened so I hung up and called back a few hours later. When I did, I got a recorded message that said AMCAS phone support is unavailable Thursdays from 2-5pm. I'm glad I didn't get that message when I called the first time; I might have been tempted to blow the money I spent on the call on something frivolous.
