Can anyone help me with OG Question #18 in B/B? Pretty please

I'd appreciate if someone can explain Question 18 in the Official Guide B/B set - for some reason I'm having hard time understanding why C is the correct answer over D. Let me know if you guys want me to post a screenshot.

^ I think I misread answer choice D; it's talking about HT2C and HT3 not HT2A and HT2B..

Be careful and take a closer look at the wording of D. The problem specifically calls to attention 5-HT2A and B. Answer choice D talks about 5-HT2C and 5-HT3, so it is rather irrelevant.
