Can enzymes have more than two substrates?

I never see this but was wondering if it were possible or if I was missing something (eg an enzyme that acted on 3+ substrates)

Yes, it is absolutely possible. Just go to protein data bank website and search a protein you've heard of. You'll be able to find multiple drugs/substrates bound to the protein. However, I think this is out of scope for the MCAT, unless specified otherwise.
