can i work as dentist in any country

Hello guys
Im a dental student in philippine . Im iranian also . Ill graduate within this semester . But we are not allow to give the board exam in philippine and also my home country dosent certified philippines dentistry schools any more. I mean ill not become a licenced dentist in this 2 country .
Just help me to know is it posdible to go to another country and give the board exam there ?
