Can schools see where you've applied?

Unless you tell them, the answer is NO. They can only see what schools you've been accepted to, and that's only after May 15.

I'm pretty sure they can't. Also, if asked where you applied during an interview, I wouldn't read them a med school list. Just give them a few names and say "by geography."

What happened was that when asked where I applied I told them the schools I've decided to do secondaries for. So my primary says I applied to 3 more schools than I listed in the interview. I don't want to look dishonest. Any advice?

I wouldn't worry about it, its just semantics on whether you consider submitting a primary "applying" or whether you consider submitting a secondary as such.
