My name is -------, and I am one of the new interns at CARE this semester. I am working with Manon and Jennifer on TESLA and it’s been going very well so far.

I was wondering if you had any availability in the coming weeks for me to meet with you and ask a few questions. I know you are very busy with meetings and traveling, so I would be incredibly grateful for any time you could spare. I work at CARE on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 PM-5PM, and on Fridays from 1 PM-5 PM. However, I can definitely work around your schedule if those times aren’t ideal.
