Can stress lead to UC

Lets say if a patient is Dx with UC, and he/she was treated, does that patient has risk of getting UC again, if he or she has history of being stress all the time. Probably stupid question but just wondering

depends on the treatment, if the treatment was colectomy, the patient won't get it again.
stress and genetics are both factors contributing to UC.
