Can US students apply to MD/PhD programs in Canada?

I found a lot of information/responses regarding Canandians applying to MD/PhD programs in the states. I want to know if the reverse is possible? Any insight I appreciate! Thanks

You can but its probably very low yield in terms of effort to benefit. Most canadian schools dont take internationals and the ones that do only take like less than 5 total.
