Can you become full time employee of your own 503c practice?

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to do a telepsychiatry practice and have it set up as 503c, with me being full time and seeing mainly medicaid patients. I'm wanting to do this for purposes of PSLF. I love doing telepsychiatry work and most of the jobs I've seen that are telepsychiatry are not 503c.Any advice appreciated. Thanks

I have never heard of someone doing this. It might be possible, but I would second consulting with a good attorney. The last thing you want is, for example, to do all of that and then 10 years from now have your PSLF payoff denied anyway.
