A friend's brother is a paraplegiac from some kind of fall. His father is willing to take him anywhere to get the most sophisticated care. Can you recommend anyone? Thanks in advance.

Rehab Institute of Chicago.

Does he need inpatient rehab or outpatient?

Best of luck.

Spinal Cord Model Systems across the US...although this designation is mostly for research purposes. But many on the list (TIRR, UMich, Kessler, etc.) are very good programs for cord-injured patients. Like the above poster said, you can't go wrong at RIC, you can add Mayo as well.
