I want to take the PCAT again since I think I got a 60ish-70ish..still figuring it out...but I'm sending my application next week. Can you still retake the PCAT even after you sent in your app??

Yes. Just have your scores sent to PharmCAS and they will forward the scores to your schools when they receive them. Be careful though...for the 09-10 application cycle the latest PCAT considered for a lot of schools is 10/08. Also, I would be sure to mention on PharmCAS that you are taking the 01/09 PCAT (if you are) so they will not make a decision on your app until it is received, although with a 60-70 PCAT score you should have a good shot if the rest of your application is pretty solid.
