Can you submit your ERAs application on Oct 12-13, then when your step 2CK comes in Oct 14, have the option of releasing the step 2 CK score?

Eras isn't open to programs until then but I thought your transcripts are submitted to your application for programs when you choose to apply to them which could be as early as September 1?
