I've used the EK review books and my text books as my primary review source and the big Kaplan book as sort of secondary, except for in ochem. I've noticed that, for bio at least, often times EK tells you flat out to not worry about the details of such and such but when I read the corresponding Kaplan material it goes into greater depth than EK did with explaining such details. Is EK too brief in bio or just right in giving you what you need?
