Canadian citizen graduating from US medical MD school

Hi everybody,

I'm a canadian citizen on a F1 visa graduating from a US medical MD school (also graduated from a US college and high school...can't get citizenship because of a loop hole in teh system apparently)

I'm sure this is going to be a problem applyinig to EM programs, so how many programs should I apply for? Are CA, AZ, CO schools out of my league?
