Canadian GPA conversion

Dear all,
I have done some research online, and found some conflicting results regarding. Is A+ is still 4.333 or changed to 4.0? Can someone (Canadian) who applied for American dental school last year confirm which is the fact? Thank you so much.

Everything is done on a 4.0 scale, not a 4.3 scale. So an A+ is a 4.0.
