Everyone that I know of and was accepted into UCD and NUIG had strong volunteer history in health care (hospital or clinic). Also, both schools only accept a very small number from North America. I'm not familiar with UCC.
With these marks, you are a great candidate for RCSI. Ask ABP to forward your application for RCSI's next round.
