Position Wanted Canadian IMG for PGY-1 position

I am an ECFMG certified, Canadian IMG who graduated with Distinction in Research looking for any open PGY-1 positions (preferably FM or IM). Passed Step 1, Step 2CK (both with good scores) and Step 2CS all on first attempt. I have an MPH and spent many years doing research in HIV and Hepatitis C, as well as extensive work with access to care for Indigenous peoples. 2 publications (with one 1st author) and 5 conference abstracts. I am willing to relocate anywhere.
