Canadian MD/MBA no residency

Can I find a job in Canada with an MD/MBA with no specialization? Is it worth specializing before or after? or even at all? Will I be unemployed for a long time? If I get a specialization is it going to prettymuch be a waste if I dont do the clinical aspect of medicine more the business and finance?
