I am applying to US schools from Canada for next years admission and I was wondering if anybody might know of some schools that accept Canadian graduate students. I do not have US residency and if there is anybody out there who could lead me in the right direction would be great. Thanks.

Canadians are considered as international students by most of the schools. The list was somewhere on SDN, you can do a search. If you have good undergrad/grad GPA, MCAT scores, you should not have trouble of getting in.
