Canadian wanting to do GPR in US

Hi, currently a Canadian dental student wanting to pursue GPR in US after grad.

My problem is that I'm somewhat within the bottom half in terms of class-standing, and nothing about my CV stands out too much.

Realistically, which GPR problems in the US are relatively easy to get in?
