Someone asked me a question.

It involves a 17-year old male. His heart rate is 90-100 in rest, and he has some light arrhythmias (extrasystoles). His GP isn't sending him to a cardiologist.

I think he should be send to see a cardiologist and I'd like to have a 24h Holter-ECG. The thing that concerns me is that while his heart rate is not extraordinarily high, this does involve a 17-year old, and for that age, 100 bpm at rest is quite high.

Any im/card residents out there who can advise me?
