We now have several first-year fellowship openings for our 3-year ACGME accredited program starting July 1, 2020. We are holding an expedited interview season, which we plan on concluding by the end of April 2020.
The mission of the LAC+USC Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship Program is to train the next generation of clinical cardiovascular leaders who share a passion for serving a diverse and vulnerable patient population. A rich clinical exposure compromised of two distinct hospital settings – a top-flight quaternary academic referral center and the largest safety-net public hospital in the western United States – provides an unparalleled training experience. Our curriculum provides training and exposure to all aspects of cardiovascular disease including clinical cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, advanced heart failure therapies including heart transplant and mechanical circulatory support, adult congenital heart disease, and advanced cardiovascular imaging.
