career in preventive medicine

how is preventive medicine? how is the job market for this speciality.is it stressful jobwise. is it easy to find job in preventive med.

I would say that preventative medicine posts get ignored since so few med students know about the field and therefore since so few go into the field. Here's a link from the IM forum about the field:
