I've got a low GPA -- 2.5, and an MCAT score of 19. Anyone know what my chances are in getting into a caribbean school?

Anyone know how tough they are in accepting students with no research experience? Recommend I do research now that I have graduated? Recommend a Post-Bacc? If so, which ones?

I am planning on re-taking the MCAT in January of 2009. I want to be accepted within the next year.

Anyone know of anybody that has been accepted with these statistics? Or perhaps have an opinion on my chances in getting accepted into any medical school?

I've never heard of anyone getting accepted to US allopathic or osteopathic schools with those numbers. Why not check out the SDN International forum and see what folks in the know say about Caribbean school expectations. I don't think the lack or research will matter there.
