I am a Caribbean MS-3, and like the idea of joining the Military (any branch).

Can a Caribbean student join the military and participate/apply for military residences?

Note: I have no prior military experience.

I will admit that I'm biased towards the Army. The AF and Navy also have these programs. Whatever rocks your boat....Hehe...boat...Navy
