caribean schools??? help.

do any of you know the pros or cons of the Med schools in mexico or caribean? Some of those schools have entering classes 3 times a year. please advise.
Is the Education comparable to US? What about the chances to get a US residency??

I think you can become just as good a MD outside of the USA as you can with any of the MD schools here.
