THE RENT IS $815 FOR A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH AC, HARDWOOD FLOORS, IN-DOOR PARKING INCLUDED, PETS ARE WELCOME, GREAT SECURITY ONLY A FIFTEEN MINUTE WALK OR FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO CASE MED SCHOOL. ALSO HAS LAUNDRY ON EVERY FLOOR. THE BUS STOPS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND YOU CAN GET THE TRAIN IN SHAKER SQUARE. THE SHAKER SQUARE IS A GREAT AREA WITH GOOD RESTURANTS AND BOOK STORE. THE SHAKER LAKES PARK AND NATURE CENTER A 1/4 MILE UP THE ROAD AND EASILY ACCESIBLE BY BIKE OR WALKING. The apartment is a gem and I was the first one to live there after it was re-finished last year.

Is that in Kemper Courts? I have friends who live there and I'm so freaking jealous of their apartment. It's gorgeous and huge. (Not in the market personally though.)
