Everything looks good, but you need to take the MCAT before anyone can tell what your chances are.

that would be helpful. I'm not sure what science classes you took for your animal degree, but i would make sure you have all the pre-med requirements down before taking the mcat or applying to medical school.

    most require:
    1 year of English
1 year of Biology w/ lab
1 year of Chemistry w/ lab
1 year of Organic Chemistry w/ lab
1 year of Physics w/ lab

    Some require:
    1 year calculus
    Biochemistry
    Genetics

Anyway that is a general overview of requirements, for more specifics please refer to individual schools.

Plus you didn't list your ECs, so as long as you supplement yoru application with some good clinical stuff (i.e shadow doctors, etc...) you should be good to go.

    hope this helps!

I'm not sure if this is the case everywhere in the US, but many schools require that those who earned their degree outside the US and Canada do a year or two, at least, of coursework here before applying. You might want to check the specific requirements.

To be perfectly honset, the memebers in this forum are way far better than a confusing pre-med advisor.

I like that THAN KU FOREVER!!

Most definitely, I would do some pre-med courses very soon. Please keep dropping me your sugesstions.
