Maybe. Depends on the school. Do you have a course catalogue around?

At my uni Biology I is titled Cellular Processes, and Cell Bio is an entirely different course.

I don't have a course catalog around but I will next week. What should I be looking for as far as cell bio goes? Cellular Processes is Bio I, but my school doesn't offer a cell bio class which is why I figured it might be the same thing.

At my school, we have general bio 1 and 2, and then the first upper division class you can take is Cell Bio, and it's a requirement for the biology degree. Don't know if this applies to other schools or not.
