I'm currently a junior/ rising senior and I am looking to apply this cycle. I'm open to applying to both MD/DO schools. Any help developing a school list would be greatly appreciated

Your GPA and MCAT are your weak spots but don't rule you out of MD completely. You're good to go for DO. I don't know how competitive in state NC schools are, but get the MSAR and apply based on where your stats are within competitive ranges, in state and OOS for schools that take more than 20% OOS.

I agree you are good to go for DO as is.
