What are the chances for midwestern schools like:
OSU, Case, Cincinnati, IU, Chicago, Pittsburgh?

Some of those schools are very good...just throwing it out there for anyone to give a bit of advice

Well, I can't really speak about state schools, but I would think that in OH you should be fine. While your GPA isn't the most competitive, your MCAT is...so I would definitely give them a shot.

Indiana takes few out of state. If you have some substantive research experience, and the other usual ECs, UChicago and Case are reasonable possibilities.
