Your volunteering hors are too low and your ECs overall are very cookie cutter. I suggest that you get off campus and out of y0our comfort zone. best to be of service to others less fortunate than yourself.

Your best bet will be with U CO and any DO school, starting with RVU.

For other MD schools, invest in MSAR Online, and target schools who have a 10th %ile GPA that is lower than 3.5. This doesn't leave many schools, and most of them will be state or mission-based schools. So pay very careful attention to the Acceptance Information pages.

Thank you for your input.

Would anyone be willing to look at my MD/DO list?
Some schools have acceptances where 85%+ of accepted applicants were involved in lab/research. Should I stay away from these?

MD School List
1. Denver University
2. Creighton
3. Loyola
4. Albany
5. New York Medical
6. Drexel
7. University of Kansas
8. Commonwealth Medical College
9. University of Illinois
10. George Washington University
11. Loma Linda
12. Oakland University William Beaumont
13. Chicago Medical School at Rosalind
14. Lewis Katz
15. Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson
16. Georgetown University

DO School List
1. RVUCOM
2. PCOM
3. CCOM
4. KCUCOM
5. WesternU
6. Nova

You can delete Kansas, Illinois and Rutgers since those are state public schools that accept very few non residents with your stats. Otherwise your MD list is reasonable. You could add Western Michigan, Quinnipiac, Tulane and Roseman (new school for 2017). Add a few more DO schools also.
