cGPA 3.56 sGPA 3.4

I haven't taken the MCAT yet and I am applying next cycle but I was wondering if I even have a shot at MD schools or should I mainly apply to DO schools?
Strong upward trend: during freshman year I delt with some issues but I now have an upper division GPA of 3.72

Any advice would be much appreciated!
