I have great letters from a biology prof, Ochem prof. and a DO.

Shadowed 50+ hours
Played soccer for 3 years in college
Volunteer soccer coach for local high school for 1 year
College soccer coach 1 year
A&P and Embryology TA

I think your stats are very very good for DO schools..I would maybe work on the EC's a little bit. If I were you I'd try and get that patient interaction. Like volunteer in a nursing home, hospice, rehab facility...etc...just so you get that interaction you don't really get while shadowing. You could probably make it to your in-state MD school or some low end MD schools, especially if you are URM

agree with poster above, if u bring up ECs you can be competitive for lower end MD

You're pretty good with your gpa, mcat is low for upper tier DO schools but I would suggest you add more schools.
